Commercial Litigation Associate

HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a well-established CBD firm to appoint an Associate to join its high-performing dispute resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes alongside a highly regarded Partner known for their expertise in litigation, advocacy, and strategic dispute resolution. You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of matters while developing your skills in a cooperative and commercially focused environment.

Your Day Will Involve

Working on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
Advising clients on corporate, construction, property, insolvency, and contractual disputes
Drafting pleadings, submissions, and strategic advice
Participating in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
Supporting high-stakes disputes including investigations and commissions of inquiry
Engaging directly with clients including corporates, boards, and high-net-worth individuals

You’ll join a highly regarded disputes team within a large Brisbane-based firm, working closely with an internationally recognised litigation Partner. The team is known for its cooperative approach, strong technical capability, and focus on delivering commercially driven outcomes across complex matters.

3–5+ years PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
